Each Good health Arthrite Xtra Joint Formula capsule contains: Glucosamine sulphate 500mg, Sea cucumber 50mg, Chondroitin Sulphate 191mg, Celery 200mg, White willow 800mg, Devils claw 300mg.

Dosage

Adults: 1 to 2 Good health Arthrite Xtra Joint Formula capsules (with a meal) daily. In severe cases, take 3 capsules daily.
